Capital city cleaning services is awesome! I called them today and got service same day and was so glad they were able to fit me in. They were affordable and the cleaners that came were great and did the job quickly and efficiently. The best part was the customer service very flexible and willing to work with me. I booked with this company super last minute and random , someone from the company reached back out immediately, she asked the square foot of my apartment, what I wanted done , and got me situated. Marissa did an amazing job !!, if I felt like she missed something , she was more than happy to fix it , I think this this company would benefit from Maybe providing their cleaners with a check list related to the service that way the cleaners and the customer know what they’re supposed do, this can also help avoid any possible issues of people asking for a service they didn’t pay for , I also wasn’t happy about reaching out to add a service to my booking and no one following up with me. I will just have to add that as a different service for another time , I will definitely book again in the near future .
