I booked with this company super last minute and random , someone from the company reached back out immediately, she asked the square foot of my apartment, what I wanted done , and got me situated. Marissa did an amazing job !!, if I felt like she missed something , she was more than happy to fix it , I think this this company would benefit from Maybe providing their cleaners with a check list related to the service that way the cleaners and the customer know what they’re supposed do, this can also help avoid any possible issues of people asking for a service they didn’t pay for , I also wasn’t happy about reaching out to add a service to my booking and no one following up with me. I will just have to add that as a different service for another time , I will definitely book again in the near future .
Great service! I have Jazmin as my cleaner, she’s doing a good job with cleaning my whole apartment. She’s kind and she’s on time, I would love to have her again in the future. In addition to this, capital city cleaning has a fair price, awesome customer service, Juliet the consultant she’s very active and friendly she would answer any questions you have.
